Club Projects

Whilst our club often gets involved in 'hands on' projects, we make our biggest contributions to the community, at both a local and international level. by way of monetry donations. Funds for these donations come almost exclusively from the Bentleigh Market. Members make their time available to attend the Market on a sunday morning to supervise its running.   • Lewis Industries (Marriot House)
  • Local Primary and Secondary Schools
  • Local Scout and Guide groups
  • International relief appeals such as the Asian tsunami
  • Interplast (overseas surgery program)
  • ROMAC (domestic surgery program for people fom other local countries)
  • Cleft palette program (overseas surgery)
  • National Youth Science forum sponsorship
  • Rotary Youth programs such as RYLA and RYPEND
  • MUNA (Model United Nations Assembly) sponsorship
  • Various programs in East Timor to support employment and education
  • RAMS (Rotarians against Malaria)
  • Wheelchairs for Kids
  • Rotary Student Exchange program
